“Having a restaurant in Cabot, I need to be close and quick way to get there. We found the perfect place in Legacy Farms. I can get on the interstate and get anywhere quicker than any neighborhood in Cabot! It’s 6 miles to Beebe and 8 miles to Cabot. I can also hop on the interstate and be at the NLR McCain exit in less than 20 minutes. The post office is on the way out of the neighborhood too! My bank and a gas station are right there as well…. Walmart in Beebe 6 min away can’t beat that!  Couldn’t be happier.“~ Candace
